Management

• Mika Könnölä, CEO & Founder, a serial entrepreneur, brings international technology management and wireless software experience to Documill. Prior re-joining Documill as CEO in 2007, he held senior product management positions at Adobe. He sold his previous venture to Macromedia in 2004, which was later acquired by Adobe. Prior that he was CEO and Founder of Capslock, a cross-Atlantic wireless venture sold to Reach-U in 2001. Prior founding Capslock, Mr. Könnölä worked for Tietoenator. Mika holds M.Sc from Helsinki University of Technology.

• Terho Laakso, VP of BizDev, has over 20 years of management and sales experience in the IT industry. Prior joining Documill Terho held IT Outsourcing Country Manager position at IBM. Prior IBM he was CEO and co-founder of Crevire, a wireless company sold to Reach-U in 2002. Terho holds PhD from Helsinki University of Technology.

• Pasi Nummisalo, CTO & Founder, brings over 15 years of enterprise content processing and Java technology management experience with Finnish high-tech companies such as Nokia. Pasi holds M.Sc from Lappeenranta University of Technology.

• Rami Hänninen, Chief Software Architect & Founder, brings over 15 years of experience in enterprise Java application design and engineering management. Prior founding Documill, Rami worked software architecture consultant for leading Finnish technology companies and held a Researcher position at Helsinki University of Technology. Rami holds Licenciate of Technology degree from Helsinki University of Technology.
