Integration pre-requirements

Microsoft search product is capable of indexing supported file types (MSOffice, PDF).
There is virtual/dedicated system available for deploying Documill solution. Recommended OS is Windows Server 2008 R2 (64bit) with 8 GB of RAM.
Indexed files are behind supported security scheme: Basic authentication (also over SSL), NTLM or Kerberos.

Integration project

Typically 1-2 day deployment effort, done either on-site or remotely.
Complexity, and effort required, varies depending on the authentication model/s used, as well as on the variety of document repositories indexed.
While Documill Visual Search experience is often integrated into default Sharepoint result list UI, it is possible to integrate it into some custom-made UI too.
And in case Sharepoint Search API is used to provide search capabilities into some 3rd party application/service, Documill Visual Search experience can be integrated into such HTML-driven user interface.
