You can add a lot of affinity to a customer relationship if you allow your sales reps to use their own words in a section or two in a Salesforce customer document. Better still, if you as an admin can change such settings easily in your app’s template designer, without having to jump into another app or – even worse – fiddle with Salesforce parameters.
With Documill Dynamo it is just that easy – just see for yourself: install Documill Dynamo and open a sample template. Then select the part you want to make editable, click Settings, and under Editable Content, choose Basic Editing Functions.
To see, how users can then personalize the text in Salesforce, click Test, choose a test account and type your own text in the editable field.
Easy as ABC, isn’t it?
