Case study between calco, talent peaks, byner and Documill

“We created a future-proof, end-to-end platform, in which all our activities converge… We have a 360° view, so we can optimally service and engage customer, trainee and professional.”

– Rianne Kool, Director Projects & Innovation Calco

Calco, a Dutch education company, focuses on young professionals who have not yet found out what they will want to study or do – especially those who have IT talent yet undiscovered even by themselves

Founded in 2004, Calco provides them IT training so they learn to use their talent to the best effect. Calco gives them an extensive training and coaching program in concert with customers. By the writing of this, it has produced almost 3,000 IT professionals, all in line with the company’s motto:

“Hire personality, train skills.”

The project

The company felt the need to find one platform for collaboration and a single source of truth regarding the customers, trainees, professionals and employees. They saw consistency and accuracy of business data as a key to international growth.

Calco chose Talent Peaks to replace their old, fragmented IT systems with Salesforce Sales Cloud as the nexus of all business processes and data management. At the heart of it was Byner, an app exclusively built for Salesforce. It provides powerful talent management with contracting and billing capabilities.

The solution

The new platform ensures a steady, secure flow of data and a 360° view over the whole customer process, from marketing to billing. It is seamlessly complemented by Pardot Marketing Automation – and Documill for cutting-edge marketing automation and eSigning.
