Account Manager

The Role

Documill offers the perfect opportunity for an Account Manager to work for an innovative enterprise software vendor committed to growth and technology excellence. Our Salesforce-focused solutions offer our clients capabilities for moving their document centric sales processes online.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in both new and existing Documill customers in Scandinavia.
  • Account development: maximize business from our install base (cross and up selling).
  • Communication: Convincingly communicate products and value propositions to ensure our customers are always aware of our capabilities.
  • Manage our engagements with Scandinavia customers (including pre-sales, contract & legal, etc.) to ensure customer success.
  • Relationship building: Use your excellent language and people skills to develop and maintain good relationships with Scandinavia customers and local Salesforce Consulting Partners.

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions as a service (SaaS) for Scandinavia customers
  • An articulate, well-presented individual who is comfortable talking one-to-one and to groups of people at all levels of an organization
  • An analytical and pragmatic approach to selling to keep you focused on Documill SaaS solutions and value they bring to the customer.
  • Proven experience in account management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in Swedish and English
  • A success-driven, organized and proactive team player
  • You enjoy doing business with demanding enterprise customers in Scandinavia.
  • Experience in Salesforce ecosystem is a major plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English
  • Previous work experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Experience presenting to an international audience and comfort working in and through a cross-functional organization.
  • Industry knowledge of Salesforce Consulting Partner ecosystem.
