Documents like quotations and contracts tend to have parts that have serious legal implications, for example, the terms & conditions section. While the wording in these must be exactly set by legal experts, your sales reps need to be able to serve diverse customers that need different terms. Start by saving a selection of alternative text snippets in the Documill Dynamo Clauses library in Salesforce, as shown in the video below.
Then open Documill Dynamo, choose the appropriate template and the place for a snippet in it. Now, under Settings (in the top menu), select Editable Content and Advanced Editing Functions.
